About this record

This pamphlet, produced in 1859, discusses the tremendous advantages of life in Superior, focusing particularly on agriculture and shipping. Superior's harbor offered great industrial and manufacturing potential to the growing city, a situation that town promoters eagerly sought to exploit.Citation
